It was our second stay at this wonderful hotel in a month. This stay even outdid the previous one. We experienced nothing but the best service... From the moment we checked in at Reception Jamaica and Sreelakshmi had it all under control and manged to check us in quick and easy.... Even though we had arrived slightly earlier than the recommended checkin time. Nothing was impossible for Arslan to get our large number of bags into our room. Mughal always anticipated and reacted expeditiously whenever we needed the vehicle at any time of the day or night. Amjad assisted us in packing the vehicle with our bags before returning home. Thank you to all for a memorable stay and experience in Abu Dhabi

The staff was extremely good and helpful. A girl named Jamaica (if I remember correctly) from the front desk immediately assisted in changing our room when I realized I had booked a room with single beds for my husband and me. She was very accommodating throughout our entire stay. The gentleman who greeted guests at the front door even caught a taxi for us, so we didn’t have to stand outside in the heat. They also allowed us to extend our checkout time twice, which was very convenient. I’m obsessed with the staff – this was the best service I’ve experienced.

Reception lady with amazing name Hope- very nice and sweet! All questions was handled immediately, room service very qualified and polite, cleaning is regular, panoramic windows at the room with sea view was very pleasure, the view from restaurant is nice too and ofcs stuff with the chef Benjamin were very friendly and professionally, nice fresh food every day! I’m glad that I choose that hotel, not far from Corniche and Malls, so all was great!!!! Pool is clean and ofcs friendly stuff at the pool too!

Staff were very knowledgeable, with great English so easy to communicate. Central location to a number of key historical sites e.g. Presidential Palace, The Grand Mosque, Corniche. I would like to say a special thank you to Arslan, Balwinder and Josephine as well as others in the dining area for going that extra mile and showing what good customer service is

We actually booked rooms with breakfast and the breakfast plater was delicious. The comfort in the room was very good. Staff was gentle and always welcoming and smilling. Location i would rate a 10/10 as its right on the main street and a lot of restaurants and supermarts are nearby. Amazing spot for car / taxi pickups. Overall we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.
